The team of STEAM Klaipėda is happy to receive more and more attention from pedagogues! On April 29-30 teachers of various subjects from Kaišiadoriai district schools came to STEAM Klaipėda as participants of the program "Improving the competencies of STEAM subject teachers in creating practical STEAM educational content and organizing practical STEAM activities".
In the two-day classes, 15 teachers studied the topic of renewable energy sources in the marine laboratory, made key chains using lasers in the robotics-IT laboratory, and explored the world under the microscopes in the Biology-Chemistry laboratory. In addition to practical and theoretical classes at the STEAM Klaipėda center, pedagogues also had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the good management practices of STEAM education in Klaipėda schools. The teachers were invited and kindly met by Klaipėda "Vyturio" pro-gymnasium and Klaipeda University "Žemynos" gymnasium.
