Abstract
Heart rate regulation is determined under different factors. During dynamic of heart rate regulation process qualitative signs, related with nonstationarity of the process, are observed. Principal peculiarities of this phenomenon include bimodality, existence of two states and two control parameters, interaction between sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system. The aim of this study was to analysis of 24-hour RR interval distribution with regard to qualitative heart rate dynamics patterns. This software permits to distribute heart rate sequence to two components and expresses presence of control parameters: coefficient of divergence and index of asymmetry. Determined coefficients permit to observe heart rate dynamic at the surface of equilibrium. Index of asymmetry of distribution shows magnitude of the influence of each part of autonomic nervous system and signifies the degree of discriminating control of these systems. 304 patients with IHD disease has been investigated by this analysis method. The results showed that this method allows the evaluation of autonomic nervous system regulation characteristics. This method may be used to assess long series of heart rate analysis.
