Abstract
Relevance of the research. Continuous manager development is one of the opportunities for a manager to continually improve. The development of a manager through continuous improvement is a continuous process: “learning” one thing opens up new realms of cognition and understanding. This is a key reason for successful management, which provides opportunities to develop practices in the right direction, analyze various alternatives, and make the best decisions. Therefore, it is necessary to enable managers to develop by developing their intelligence in order to avoid operational problems. The development of managers as a problem of systematic qualitative change and increase of internal potential is one of the most important problems in the development of modern organizations. However, the theory of managerial development as a systematic set of assumptions, regularities, and principles is not completely finalized. The development of the manager as the smallest socio-cultural system and becoming an effective manager has been even less studied.
