Abstract
IÅ¡Å¡Å«kiai, su kuriais susiduria Å¡iuolaikinÄs organizacijos, reikalauja iÅ¡ jų vadovų ne tik adekvaÄiai į juos reaguoti, bet ir juos valdyti. Vienas svarbiausių organizacinių pokyÄių valdymo veiksmingumo veiksnių â organizacijų vadovų emocinis intelektas (EI) ir su tuo tiesiogiai susijusi organizacinÄ kultÅ«ra (OK). Å io tyrimo tikslas â teoriÅ¡kai pagrindus organizacijų vadovų emocinio intelekto (EI) poveikį OK, pateikti tai atspindintį modelį. Å iam tikslui įgyvendinti atliekama mokslinÄs literatÅ«ros analizÄ, sisteminimas, loginis palyginimas, apibendrinimas ir interpretacija organizacijos OK, vadovų EI socialinių ir psichologinių charakteristikų bei jų sÄ
ryÅ¡io su valdymo sÄ
veika poÅŸiÅ«riais. ApibrÄÅŸta OK svarba verslo organizacijų iÅ¡gyvenimui nuolat vykstant jų veiklos aplinkos pokyÄiams. Pateiktas teorinis lyderio EI įtakos OK modelis. IÅ¡vadose suformuluoti pasiÅ«lymai vadovams.
The challenges faced by modern organizations are requiring from their managers not only to adequately respond to, but also to manage them. One of the most important organizational change management effectiveness factor is leaders âemotional intelligence (EI) and the directly related to that organizational culture. The objective of the study is to present a model, which reflects the theoretical foundations of leaders' (EI) impact on organizational culture. To accomplish this objective the analysis, organization, logical comparison, summary and interpretation of the scientific literature was done from the viewpoints of the organizational culture, managers EI social and psychological characteristics and their relationship with the management interaction. The importance of organizational culture in the survival of business organizations during constant operating environment changes was defined. The theoretical model of leaders âemotional intelligence impact on organizational culture was presented. The conclusions formulated suggestions for leaders.
