Abstract
Tyrimo tikslas – įvertinti alternatyvų kaklinės stuburo dalies degeneracinių ligų gydymą.
Tyrimo uždaviniai:
Tyrimo instrumentai:
1. Skausmo vertinimas - vizualine analogine skausmo skale (VAS).
2. Funkcijos sutrikimo sunkumui įvertinti naudojamas Oswestry negalios klausimynas
(angl. Oswestry Disability Index).
3. Galvos judesių amplitudei matuoti naudojamas goniometras (atliekama
goniometrija).
Išvados:
1. Nustatyta, jog tyrimo dalyviams skausmo intensyvumas sumažėjo ir praėjus 24 val.
po procedūros (p>0,05) ir praėjus 2 mėn. po procedūros (p<0,05).
2. Funkcinės negalios indeksas sumažėjo praėjus 24 val. ir praėjus 2 mėn. po procedūros
(p>0,05).
3. Kaklinės stuburo dalies judesių amplitudės padidėjo praėjus 24 val. ir praėjus 2 mėn.
po procedūros (p>0,05, išskyrus galvos lenkimas p<0,05).
The study aims to evaluate alternative treatments for cervical spine degenerative diseases.
Research tasks:
1. To assess the intensity of cervical spine pain before the procedure, 24 hours after the
procedure, and 2 months after the procedure.
2. To assess the subjects' functional disability before the procedure, 24 hours after the
procedure, and 2 months after the procedure.
3. To assess the range of motion of the inmate's spine before the procedure, 24 hours
after the procedure, and 2 months after the procedure.
Research hypothesis: after alternative treatment of the cervical spine, neck pain will
decrease, the functional condition of the neck will improve, and the range of motion of the cervical spine
will improve.
Research instruments:
1. Pain assessment - visual analog pain scale (VAS).
2. The Oswestry Disability Index is used to assess the severity of functional impairment.
3. A goniometer is used to measure the amplitude of head movements (goniometry is
performed).
Conclusions:
1. It was found that the pain intensity of the study participants decreased even after 24
hours. after the procedure (p>0.05) and after 2 months. after the procedure (p<0.05).
2. Functional disability index decreased after 24 hours. and after 2 months after the
procedure (p>0.05).
3. The amplitudes of cervical spine movements increased after 24 hours. and after
2 months after the procedure (p>0.05, except head bending p<0.05).
