Abstract (en)
According to above mentioned, we can conclude, that melatonin has strong myeloprotective activity during durable using of chloramphenicole. We think that melatonin receptors are located not only on the membranes of lymphoid stem cells and lymphocytes, but also they are located on myeloid stem cells and their derivates. During the taking of myelotoxical drugs, we recommend to use of melatonin. The taking of melatonin should be according of its physiological rhytm.
