The "Move and Know" project (No. SRF-FAV-2022-1-0096) is implemented during the 2022-2025 academic years to monitor and promote physical activity intensity among children aged 10 to 13 years in Klaipeda, Lithuania. This study involved nine groups of general school-age children with a total of 524 participants (249 girls and 275 boys) who participated in non-formal physical education (NFPE) after regular school lessons. The primary objective was to assess physical activity intensity using real-time heart rate monitoring using Polar Pacer wrist heart rate monitors. Results indicated that activity intensity during NFPE sessions met recommended guidelines, with more than 50% of physical activity classified as moderate to vigorous intensity. This study highlights the effectiveness of integrating innovative technologies in stimulating children's physical activity, emphasizing the importance of engaging interactive methods in non-formal educational institutions. The results contribute to the understanding of children's physical activity patterns and emphasize the need for continued efforts to improve physical education programs that promote an active lifestyle
