Nowadays, going to European Union the most important environmental problems in the urban and regional management of Coastal zones are: Ecological, Economic, Cultural Ethical, Technological, Social, Legislation, Marketing research. The analysis of the theme and actuality of the problem defined the research object in scientific article and the chose of main goals in coastal zone, urban and regional development, metropolitan and periphery activities, determined the choice of research object, methods of analysis, conducting remarks/expected results, results and discussions.
