The rolling bearings dynamical behavior analysis is a critical condition to determine the rotating system vibration response. The rolling bearing with outer ring fixed, is a multibody rotating system with rolling elements that transmit motion and load from the inner raceway to the outer raceway. In rolling bearing analytical formulation, the contact between rolling element and raceways is considered as nonlinear springs and their stiffness are obtained by using Hertzian elastic contact deformation theory. The location of micro-defects at outer race and inner race affects the vibration frequency at which the contact occur providing high frequency vibration. It is difficult to separate outer race micro-defects from inner race micro-defects in new bearings. In rotating systems for outer race defect the peaks occurs at low shaft speeds while in the case for inner race and rolling element defect the response contain several peaks as speed increases. The peak frequencies are different in each case. This paper considers a quantitative diagnostics experimental method for quality assessment of new only with micro-defects in the deep groove ball bearings based on high frequency vibration generation.
