I defended my PhD in 2023 and am currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Klaipėda University under the supervision of Dr. Agostinis-Sobrinho. My expertise spans lifestyle epidemiology, mental health, quality of life, nutrition, and psychometrics. Over the past five years, I have published 25 scientific papers, 11 technical reports, 5 books, and participated in 13 podcast interviews. I am a co-creator of a nutritional intervention that is part of the ERA4HEALTH 2024 initiative, led by Dr. Agostinis-Sobrinho. Additionally, I play an active role in organizing the HealthEquity Early Career Researchers meeting series.
