Magistro darbe nagrinėjama tema – Sausumos transporto organizacijų strategijos kūrimas. Transporto organizacijos, siekdamos prisitaikyti prie aplinkos pokyčių susiduria su problemomis, kai bando atrasti optimalią strategijos kūrimo metodiką. Todėl formuluojamas probleminis klausimas: kokį modelį pasirinkti norint sukurti sausumos transporto organizacijų strategiją? Darbe keliamas tikslas sukūrus sausumos transporto organizacijų strateginį kūrimo modelį ir patikrinus Klaipėdos transporto organizacijose, pateikti rekomendacijas modelio tobulinimui. Darbas susideda iš trijų dalių. Pirmoje dalyje aptariama strategijos samprata, strateginio valdymo etapai, strategijos kūrimo problemos, pateikiamas strategijos kūrimo teorinis modelis. Antroje darbo dalyje yra pateikiama tyrimo metodika, trečioje - Klaipėdos transporto organizacijų strategijos kūrimo tyrimo rezultatai, išvados bei pasiūlymai. Tirtose transporto organizacijose strategijos kūrimo modelio stadijų eiliškumas atitinka teorinius strategijos kūrimo modelio etapus: strateginė analizė, strategijos formavimas, strategijos įvertinimas ir strategijos vykdymas, tačiau visuose etapuose susiduriama su problemomis. Todėl norint efektyvaus ir ilgalaikio visos organizacijos strategijos įgyvendinimo būtinas viso proceso monitoringas.
The topic of the master's thesis is the development of the strategy for land transport organizations. Transport organizations have challenges in adapting to environmental change when trying to find the optimal methodology for developing a strategy. Therefore, a problematic question is formulated: what model to choose to develop the strategy for land transport organizations? The aim of the work is to provide recommendations for the improvement of the model after creating a strategic development model for land transport organizations and checking it in Klaipeda transport organizations. The master‘s work consists of three parts. The first part of the master‘s work discusses the concept of strategy, the stages of strategic management, the problems of strategy development and presents a theoretical model of strategy development. The second part of the master‘s work presents the research methodology, the third part - the results, conclusions and suggestions of the research on the development of the strategy of Klaipeda transport organizations. In the transport organizations studied, the sequence of stages of the strategy development model corresponds to the theoretical stages of the strategy development model: strategic analysis, strategy formation, strategy evaluation and strategy execution, but in all stages problems are present. Therefore, the effective and long-term implementation of the entire strategy of the organization requires the monitoring of the entire process.
