Šiame magistro darbe analizuojama tiekimo grandinė, jos procesų valdymas. Lietuvos įmonėms nėra plačiai žinomi tiekimo grandinės procesų vertinimo metodai, todėl darbe nagrinėjama aktuali moksliniu ir praktiniu požiūriu problema, - kaip vertinti tiekimo grandinės procesų valdymą? Iškeltas tyrimo tikslas: išanalizavus tiekimo grandinės procesų valdymo teorinius aspektus bei sukūrus vertinimo metodiką, įvertinti tiekimo grandinės procesų valdymą organizacijose. Tyrimo objektas. Tiekimo grandinės procesų valdymo vertinimo metodai. Tyrimo tikslui pasiekti išskelti darbo uždaviniai: apibūdinti tiekimo grandinės procesų valdymo specifiką neapibrėžtumo sąlygomis; išskirti esminius tiekimo grandinės valdymo principus; sudaryti tiekimo grandinės procesų valdymo vertinimo teorinį modelį; įvertinti tiekimo grandinės procesų valdymą gamybinėse organizacijose; pateikti rekomendacijas tiekimo grandinės valdymo procesų vertinimui. Teorinės analizės pagrindu sudarytas tiekimo grandinės procesų valdymo metodika aprėpianti penkias struktūrines dalis: tiekimo grandinės organizacinę, informacinę, technologinę, finansų ir procesų struktūros. Ekspertų pagalba išbandomas sudarytas modelis vertinant tiekimo grandinės procesų valdymą metalo gamybos įmonėse. Gauti rezultatai atskleidė kiekvieno vertinamojo komponento rodiklių santykinį svorį, jo stiprumą einamuoju laikotarpiu ir prognozuojamą stiprumą artimiausiu laikotarpiu. Pateikiamos įžvalgos vertinimo metodo taikymui bei tobulinimui.
This master's thesis analyzes the supply chain and its process management. Supply chain process evaluation methods are not widely known to Lithuanian companies, so the paper examines a relevant problem from a scientific and practical point of view - how to evaluate supply chain process management? The aim of the research is to evaluate supply chain process management in organizations after analyzing the theoretical aspects of supply chain process management and creating an assessment methodology. Research object. Assessment methods for supply chain process management. In order to achieve the goal of the research, the following tasks have been set out: to describe the specifics of supply chain process management under conditions of uncertainty; identify essential principles of supply chain management; create a theoretical model for the assessment of supply chain process management; evaluate supply chain process management in manufacturing organizations; provide recommendations for the assessment of supply chain management processes. The supply chain process management methodology based on theoretical analysis covers five structural parts: organizational, informational, technological, financial and process structures of the supply chain. With the help of experts, the compiled model is tested for evaluating supply chain process management in metal production companies. The obtained results revealed the relative weight of the indicators of each evaluated component, its strength in the current period and the predicted strength in the nearest period. Insights are provided for the application and improvement of the evaluation method.
