Abstract
Šio darbo tikslas yra išanalizuoti konstrukcinio kompozito ,,Rohacell 51 IG/IG-F“ defektų
identifikavimo metodus, paremtus vibracijų analize. Tyrime naudojami metodai – smūgio testas ir
testas naudojantis vibracijų siųstuvu. Smūgio testo metu stebima kokius savituosius dažnius turi
bandinys be defektų skirtinguose taškuose. Analogiški matavimai atliekami tam pačiam bandiniui jau
po apkrovimo staklėse ir rezultatai lyginami tarpusavyje. Naudojant pastovaus dažnio vibracijų
siųstuvą yra stebimas bendrosios vibracijos (Vrms) parametras skirtinguose taškuose, bandiniui be
In the final project, defects of the structural composite "Rohacell 51 IG/IG-F" were analyzed.
The analysis methods used were bump testing and vibration emitter testing. During the bump test, the
natural frequencies of a healthy specimen at different points were observed. Later, the specimen was
damaged (loaded in press), and the changes in natural frequencies at the same points were monitored.
Using a constant frequency vibration emitter, the overall vibration (Vrms) parameter was observed at
different points for both the healthy specimen and the damaged specimen (after loading in press). The
final examination was conducted using a combined analysis method of the two methods.
Based on the results obtained from the bump test, it was determined that the natural
frequencies of the intact specimen were 27 Hz and 60 Hz, while with the defect, they were 40 Hz and
82 Hz. The results from the vibration emitter showed that the overall vibration was higher at the point
where the defect was present. The combined testing demonstrated that both methods can identify the
composite with a defect, but only the vibration emitter method allows for the localization of the defect.
