Graduate of the Bachelor study programme in Management shall acquire: cognitive, functional, personal, and ethic competences; the ability to apply exhaustive theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of management with a critical view of management theories and principles; the skills to apply management methods and techniques in a constantly changing environment when employed middle and top managers in any business organization; they shall have professional, learning, independent work and responsibility, communication and social skills. Purpose – to develop highly skilled management professionals for labor market and region needs who are able to work in a constantly changing environment of existing organizations as medium and top level managers and able to develop their own business or pursue postgraduate studies.

Supply and distribution managers would be able plan, facilitate and coordinate people, information and goods transportation systems and services as well as manage resource supply, transportation, storage and distribution of goods and be able to lead and manage an enterprise or an organization. A graduate of the Bachelor’s Degree program in Logistics can continue postgraduate studies in business, economics and management.

Innovation manager will be able to plan, direct and coordinate research and development activities of organization; plan the overall research and development programmes; lead and manage the activities of research and development staff; establish and manage budgets, control expenditure; establish and direct operational and administrative procedures; oversee the selection, training and performance of staff; represent the organization at conventions, seminars and conferences. The main goal of the study programme is to train qualified Innovation Management specialists who have the knowledge and ability to apply research methods, manage innovation processes, find finance and markets for new products, knows how to protect legal technological innovation and adopt other innovation management solutions.

The aim of the graduate study programme of Business Management is to train highly qualified business management specialists who, due to their knowledge of the latest research in the science of management, would be able to independently conduct fundamental or applied research in business management and present the outcomes and on their basis to plan, organise, promote, and monitor sustainable development of a business organisation; who would be able to clearly and logically communicate on the subjects of business management, to identify their own learning needs, and to study independently. Graduate of the Master study programme in Business Management shall acquire: highly specialized theoretical and practical knowledge and critical understanding of the problems in business management and overlapping fields; the skill to identify problems on the basis of research and the use of the knowledge of new or interdisciplinary fields in case of incomplete or limited information when employed as researchers, consultants, or managers of subdivisions or organizations in any business organization; they shall have professional, learning, independent work and responsibility, communication and social skills.
