Praktinė konferencija „Suaugusiųjų švietėjų kompetencijų tobulinimas imigrantų ir pabėgėlių skaitmeninio verslumo gebėjimams ugdyti“

Kviečiame į Klaipėdos universiteto Socialinių ir humanitarinių mokslų fakulteto Lituanistikos ir užsienio kalbų centro organizuojamą praktinę konferenciją ir mokymus „Suaugusiųjų švietėjų kompetencijų tobulinimas imigrantų ir pabėgėlių skaitmeninio verslumo gebėjimams ugdyti“ („Adult educators’ competence training for development of immigrants and asylum seekers’ digital entrepreneurship”).

Konferencija ir mokymai vyks š. m. spalio 23-25 d. Klaipėdos universiteto Socialinių ir humanitarinių mokslų fakultete (S. Nėries g. 5, Klaipėda).

Konferencija organizuojama šiuolaikiniu „tinklaveiklos“ formatu – dalyviai galės užduoti aktualius klausimus, diskutuoti, dalytis patirtimi, bendrauti ir bendradarbiauti kolegų tinkle. Konferencijos ir mokymų metu aptarsime aktualius imigrantų ir pabėgėlių švietimo ir mokymo(si) klausimus, semsimės gerosios Skandinavijos šalių patirties imigrantų integracijos srityje.

Jean Pierre Candiotti is a sustainability strategist and innovation partner. Born in Peru, living in Sweden since 2012. Academic Background: M.B.A focus on innovation systems. (JIBS, 2014). Ms.Sc in Sustainability with focus on sustainability entrepreneurship. (BTH, 2015). Current working duties: Project Manager of Nordic Digital Inclusive Entrepreneurship Program for Norway, Sweden, Denmark (Nordplus adults) Folkuniversitetet. Tisse Lindbladh

Born 1966 in Kristianstad in southern Sweden. Works as a coach with unemployed people at Folkuniversitetet Kristianstad since november 2012. “I have worked with people all my live and every meeting with a new person is a part of my education. It all starts in the center of a human being and what that person can do, will do and the purpose with the persons trip…”.


Helleka Koppel is one of the establishers and board members of the Center for Applied Anthropology of Estonia (Rakendusliku Antropoloogia Keskus). She works there as the research manager and has a wide experience in leading and conducting qualitative research project in both the public and private sector.
Besides that, Helleka holds a position at the University of Tartu as a teaching assistant. She teaches courses about applied anthropology and works with applied projects. She has also given courses about anthropological methods in the Estonian Academy of Arts and facilitated workshops about gaining empathy through interviewing to public sector officials as well as to an Estonian leading telecom company’s employees. As an ethnologist and applied anthropologist, she works to raise awareness and sensitivity about different cultures and make public services as well as products more human-centered and considerate of different people’s needs.


Jeļena Zaščerinska was awarded Dr. Degree from University of Latvia, Latvia, in 2011. In 2012 she became a leading researcher at Centre for Education and Innovation Research, Latvia. She received a number of research grants. In 2012-2019 she obtained expert rights from Latvian Council of Science, Riga, Latvia. In 2017 she was bestowed expert rights by National Science Centre, Krakow, Poland. Her scientific publications (about 180) indexed by such publication databases as Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citations Index, DBLP, Library of Congress, etc. Since 2013 she has been actively acting as Editorial Board Member and Reviewer in international scientific journals.


Aleksandra Batuchina is a lecturer and researcher at Klaipeda University, professional life and career coach ICF (International Coaching Federation), PhD in Education with 10-year experience in project management (Erasmus+, Erasmus, NorthPlus, EU Social fund) and trainings on topics as phenomenology, conflict management, integration. Major interests are migration research methods, phenomenology as research method and personal development.


Silva Blazulioniene – With her education on Business and Economics in Vilnius University and Siauliai University and professional background in education field, she has competences to provide quality trainings for youth, youth workers and adults. She participated in many projects abroad, wrote applications, implemented few Erasmus+ programmes projects and has experiences in project management. She is working as Erasmus+ Youth projects expert – evaluator. She is national coordinator for many projects since 2004.


Daiva Viningiene has Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration. Work experience: currently teaches at Klaipeda University, Klaipeda city colleges, also managed a business for several years. During academic and pedagogical years, Daiva has participated in seminars and delivered presentations at conferences, written and published articles in scientific journals of social sciences, conducted training for business enterprises and public sector employees. For more than five years, Daiva has been a member of numerous international project teams. Additionally, she has taken part in the Erasmus internship program as a trainer for several years.


Åsa Hedlin Olsson

I work with European Projects at Folkuniversitetet in Sweden. Together with my colleagues and project partners from different European countries, we have created many different training programs and materials that focus on Entrepreneurship. We also have training courses in Entrepreneurship in our organization.
