Application procedure for degree students and recognition of previous education

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

 Go to apply.ku.lt and fill in the application

 Upload electronic documents

A. Passport copy
B.  - Higher school certificate for bachelors degree
     - Degree certificate and it's supplement for Master studies
C. Minimum average grade (CGPA) > 60%
D. Proof of English Language proficiency:
    IELTS > 5.5, TOEFEL > 75, or equivalent
E. Passport type photo
F. Document of approval certification (Apostille)

Pay application fee of 180 EUR.
For citizens of EU and Eastern Partnership Countries - 75 EUR

Application fee is non-refundable.
If you wish to apply to both cycles (Bachelors and Masters), you need to create two separate applications and pay 180 Euros for each.

 Wait for response Academic evaluation commission considers applications and in case of positive decision, issues the Conditional letter, makes online interview

 Pay the tuition fee Once the tuition fee is paid, University issues Letter of Acceptance and prepares all needed documents for your chosen embassy

 If visa is issued,
we welcome you to Klaipeda University		 Tuition fee is fully refunded in case of visa rejection.

Important Note: Official Acceptance Letter Communication Channels
Dear applicants, please be kindly informed that the University provides official acceptance letters only via the official e-mail domain @ku.lt or through the DreamApply platform. The University does not send official letters via Viber or WhatsApp applications.
