About

This Master’s study programme provides students with a deep knowledge in engineering sciences as well automation production control systems, and modern composite materials and their production technology. Through completion of the study programme, students will gain skills and knowledge required to design and improve modern manufacturing and production processes. Studies are based on scientific research and experimental actions. 

Klaipeda University (KU) places a strong focus on teaching methods, techniques and resources used, and encourages where possible, green technologies, sustainable energy, and sustainable usage of resources.

During the whole study process, the students choose an experimental work. They also choose an internship in Klaipeda or abroad. Labs at KU allow our students to implement innovative research, develop and analyse processes and devices, and new materials, taking into account their impact on the environment. 

The main courses in the curriculum include Green Technologies and Eco-design of Products; 3D Printing Technologies and Research; Numerical Modelling of Engineering Systems; and Research and Innovation.
