The European Commission Allocated More than 14 Million EUR to the EU-CONEXUS Alliance Created by KU and Partners

“This is very good news for Klaipėda, for the Klaipėda University community, and for the young people of our region, because we will have the opportunity to continue creating an international European University. This means better quality of studies, joint degree programs, more scientific innovations, and more opportunities for researchers and students to participate in exchange programs, share knowledge and experience, use common databases, and generate new ideas and business solutions that are not limited to the boundaries of one university, one city, or one country. Nine partner universities united in EU-CONEXUS, all from European coastal cities, are a multinational and huge force, whose statistics are impressive: over 71,000 students, over 8,000 researchers and academics, and almost 1,000 degree programmes. We are proud of being recognised by the EC. We are happy together with the current and future students of the University, community members, and social partners”, comments Rector of KU prof. dr. Artūras Razbadauskas.
