The main idea of this article is to present the research of the psychosocial dimensions of bullying at school. Some essential characteristics of bullying phenomenon at school are analyzed, such as the frequency of bullying as one of the most popular forms of aggression at school, the links between genders and bullying and student's age and bullying. The possibility to reduce this phenomenon is also analyzed in this research. The results show that there are about 15-16 % of students who suffer from bullies and about 77 % of students are involved in bullying. The research found that teachers are not disposed to notice victims of bullying and to help them. Parents' efforts to help victims of bullying are more noticeable than teachers'. The bullying victims are inclined to keep silent and not tell anything to adults.
