Abstract
The article deals with the surveys of Baltic coasts and territorial sea. In 2003 the underwater archaeological investigations were continued in the Baltic sea. During them the remnants of a wooden ancient ship (W-15) washed ashore in Melnragė, the Klaipėda city, were measured. By the dendrochronologicalmethod, ship 15 is datable from 1699. Near Melnragė, at a depth of 14,5 m, a tree stump (RF-II-I) was found as well.
