Abstract (en)
In this work there are analyzed the basic physical and cultural needs of inhabitants, which satisfy the division of using of material wealth and services within the municipalities and counties of Lithuania. The personal needs of inhabitants are being devided into three groups: physical material, spiritual and social. The development and satisfaction of all of those groups of needs depend on socio-economic, natural conditions, demographic situation and formatted common culture.
