International Association for the Study of Pain indicates that urogenital pain is a frequent complaint among women – it is the second, the most frequent, reason for a visit to a family doctor. In this work it has been aimed at detecting the patients’ pain perception peculiarities at the second rehabilitation stage after gynaecological operations, researching the efficiency of various rehabilitation procedures in pain alleviation. Its alleviation is a task for the whole rehabilitation staff. A patient’s training, modification of his/her behavior, relaxation, kinezytherapy, warm and cold therapy as well as other rehabilitation measures has a decisive influence to the pain alleviation. An application of rehabilitation measures at an early after-operation stage reduces the patient’s stationary treatment duration, after-operational complications and temporary disability.
