The article deals with the management of groups of general education school in co-operation system development. Qualitative modality of pedagogic co-operation development as humanistic education system in Lithuanian general education school is unclosed in the article through co-operation character interactions of three education participants (teachers, students, parents) in the functional planes as following "teacher - students" and "teacher - parents".
