Abstract (en)
The article deals with the idea that the efficient management of organizations depends on theoretical competence of their leaders on the one hand and specifical features of an organization leader. The article sums it up by stressing the theory elaborated by Blake and Mouton which the author considers the only relevant theory that succeeds in a truly scientific analysis of the leaders, their psychical types and specific features.
