Larix genus plants adaptation in Botanic garden of Klaipėda university, Lithuania

In research time since 2005 to 2016 will be evaluate 3 species and 2 hybrids: Larix sibirica, L. decidua, L. kaempheri, L. x gmelinii ir L. x eurolepis in Klaipeda university Botanic garden, Lithuanian west part. This region are exclusive with higher precipitation in summer season, warmer air temperature in winter and lowest temperature in summer seasons. Most important climate parameters in den- drochronological investigation are air temperature and dynamic of precipitation content in separate periods. According to research data the highest radial growts on the all research Larix influenting by highest precipitation content in autumn season (r since 0,33 to 0,78), but average air temperature in this season havent any influence (r since -0,19 to 0,50), as temperature in spring season (r nuo -0,12 iki -0,76, p<0.001) too. L. sibirica 62 % be influenting from precipitation but L. decidua 22 % from air temperature in autumn season. Hibrid larches L. x gmelinii and L. x eurolepis average radial growth was in 1.3 - 1.5 time lower compared with L. sibirica and L. decidua . L. x gmelinii and L. x eurolepis positvely influencing precipitation in autumn season too.
