Remiantis atlikto tyrimo duomenimis, straipsnyje analizuojamas pradinių klasių mokinių požiūris į bendradarbiavimą su mokytoju, šio bendradarbiavimo turinys bei galimybės tapti mokytojo partneriu. Atskleista, kokią įtaką mokinio kaip mokytojo bendradarbio socialinei brandai turi mokytojo nuostatos į mokinį kaip bendradarbį ir veiklos bendradarbiaujant su juo lygis.
A positive attitude towards the cooperation with a teacher is a characteristic feature of primary class pupils.A majority of pupils, for example, of the third class consider themselves to be quite mature for cooperation with the teacher in different spheres, even including improvement of the process of training. The pupils of primary classes are able to provide constructive proposals for the improvement of the bringing up process, even notice the mistakes of a pedagogue.
