Straipsnyje analizuojamaekstremalaus turizmo samprata, jo rūšys bei išskiriami keliavimo motyvai, skatinantys užsiimti šiuo turizmu.Pristatomi interviu tyrimo ir anketinės apklausos rezultatai, kuriais siekiama išsiaiškinti specialistų ir žmonių nesusijusių su ekstremaliu turizmu požiūrį į šią turizmo rūšį, jos vystymo galimybes Lietuvoje, plėtros kryptis bei priemones.
The article analyzes the extreme tourism and entertainment development in Lithuania. Issues that the essence: the lack of information about the characteristics of extreme tourism development, best practice and the lack of specialists faced with intimate details of stopping the development of tourism in Lithuania. The article analyzes the concept of extreme tourism, its types and to extract traveling drivers for engaging in this tourism. Presentation of the interview study and questionnaire survey aimed to find out specialists and people outside the extreme tourism approach to this type of tourism, the development of possibilities for Lithuania, the development of directions and measures.
