Abstract
The author of the article discloses qualitative modality of pedagogic cooperationas related to development of the humanistic training system in the primary school in Lithuania through cooperation of three groups of participants of the training (teachers, pupils, parents) in the functional levels of "the teacher - pupils" and "the teacher - parents". As based on the analysis of the research results, the characteristics of the teachers, pupils and parents as partners of cooperation are drawn up and a management model of development in the created system of pedagogical cooperation.
