Abstract

The social and economic changes in the last decades have particularly encouraged the local population often use the catering services. Nowadays, most of the local population for a variety of reasons, are more likely to eat at home, but in various pubs. Testing new eateries is becoming a part of fashion. Local population usually uses their services for a number of reasons. One of them is a large and intense occupancy. There is a growing number of women working, also more families with higher income, who do not have enough time to cook at home. Therefore, it is a great way to visit catering services for lunch or dinner, relax and not worry what to cook at home, and thus save your time. Another reason is the changing of family traditions and the forming of a higher level needs. A desire to socialize and relax in the company of like-minded arises, and therefore various catering services are visited more frequently. [...]
