Remiantis mokslinės literatūros analize, asmeniniais tyrimais ir patirtimi, nustatyta, kad siekiant priimti efektyvesnius valdymo sprendimus sutarimu, ypač grupių (visuomenėje, politikoje, valstybės ir ūkio subjektų lygmenyje), būtina išmokti derinti individualius ir grupinius interesus. Tam tikslui gali būti panaudoti autoriaus pateikti struktūrizuoti vadovavimo sprendimų priėmimo procesui modeliai.
On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, personal investigations and experience the author of the article states that for making more effective d ecisions of management, especially group decisions (in the level of society, policy, state and economic subjects) by agreement it should be learned to co-ordinate individual and group interests. The structurized mode ls of the management of the process of making decisions provided by the author may be used for this purpose.
