The article analyzes the culture of inclusive leadership in a preschool educational institution from a theoretical perspective. The context of inclusive education that has a positive impact on people's lives is revealed. The analysis of the scientific literature showed that successful leadership brings many benefits to the educational institution and the development of inclusive education. When implementing the concept of inclusive education, it is necessary to create a culture of inclusive education based on the value aspect and positive attitude of managers, teachers, parents, support specialists, and community members. In this context, the culture of inclusive leadership is perceived as the value of every member of the school community, based on the natural rights of the individual, conscious interaction, the courage to share and take responsibility.
