Abstract (en)
The article discloses the contexts of supervision as a means of promotion of social worker's reflection and professional elf-education and the experience of their application and evaluates the issue of the complexity of social worker’s professional activity, its multi-disciplinary character, and the factors of professional risk. The reflection on the supervisory experience in the studies and professional activity of social work is presented.
