Abstract
Impact of cultural features on management process in the globalization context is reviewedin the article. Management theoretic concepts about culture's influence on company's successful business are discussed. Necessary skills of international corporate managers and employees are analyzed in the article. Those skills are important in order to overcome cultural differencies.
