Abstract
The question of the national fleet is a question about whether as an independent state is able to realise it's own national interests. [...] There is a definite difference between privatisation in general which means increasing of private sector's share in economy and specific cases of privatisation. Privatisation of the fleet is exactly such a specific case. And national interests are particularly sensitively touched by the privatisation of the fleet.
