Abstract
There was investigated the effect of gas nitriding modes on fatigue strength of carbon steel in this article. The fatigue tests have shown an improvement of fatigue strength after gas nitriding on all modes investigated. The values of fatigue limit are depending on technological parameters of nitriding.
