Abstract
In the work motivation role of the payment, actions making affect on the level of payment, forms of payment, models and systems of payment are analysed. The collective payment is reviewed. Selection of work evaluation criteria of the employees, setting the significances of evaluation criteria of work participation coefficient and evaluation method are carried out.
