The aim of the study – to estimate patient’s who made remarks and suggestions contingent and opinion singularity about right health care, nonmedical service, satisfaction and fruition their expectations. Materials and methods. From January 2006 to December 2008 a survey was performed in Klaipeda University Hospital. The study included 86414 patients were undergoing treatment in the hospital. Information was collected via questionnaires (response rate 68,1%). The patient’s who made remarks and suggestions was analysed apart. Results and discussion. The most part of patients who made remarks and suggestions was aged 20-39 (44,8%), at work, women from obstetrics – gynaecological department. The majority remarks and suggestions was for equipment of the words and maintenance. The time of health care services, information for patients, good contact and communication between patients and medics, nonmedical services, patient’s satisfaction and fruition their expectations influenced the number of remarks and suggestions.
