Traditional organisational structure and established hierarchical levels are no longer sufficient for the management of the emerging and especially fast-changing extreme situations of the external environment. this means that every work process must be analysed and reviewed in order to find different, alternative solutions to a problem to what is currently available. After evaluating existing problems and solution options and factors, the success of a company is increasingly associated with the performance of its employees as a team rather than as individuals, when knowledge, insights and answers are obtained by combining the abilities and knowledge of all the members of an organisation through teamwork. Problem. Results from teamwork are much better than those of people working individually. Thus, teamwork is an obvious advantage for a company, because the activity is more qualitative and productive. Therefore, the research problem can be formulated as the question: How can using teamwork improve the efficiency of a logistics company’s warehousing services? Research object: the improvement of a logistics company’s warehousing services. Research methods: analysis, interpretation and comparison of scientific sources in Lithuanian and English are performed. in order to achieve the purpose of the research, the qualitative research method was used, which is effective for studying people’s opinions, attitudes and social phenomena. the structured interview method was used for data collection, and was applied by interviewing representatives of the highest, middle and lowest levels of the organisation.
