Abstract
The article deals with the psichologic consulting of heart disease patients during the rehabilitation and nursing process. Ontologic characteristics or universal existetial factors are described: feeling of existence or "I am" feeling, freedom, responsibility, restrictions, the end of human life or death, existential anxiety, existential guilt, sense, transcendental ability and how the coronary heart disease patient could be understood in the field of ontologic characteristics.
