Abstract
The article deals with the personnel fluctuation in the multi-profile medical institutions. In accordance with the data from the multi-profile medical institutions in the major Lithuanian cities Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, the analysis of the period 2000 and 2005 is made about personnel fluctuation, trends and reasons in those cities' hospitals. The article describes personnel fluctuation depending on personnel experience in the hospital and total speciality experience. Referring to the results of the survey, it is provided that the fluctuation of medical personnel increases.
