Abstract (en)
In this work a new procedure for selecting the better of two binomial populations proposed. Results which are obtained here show that this procedure can be used in practice and sometimes performs better than existing alternatives. The author uses VT (vector-at-a-time) rule until one of the trials successes and the other fail. Then he uses the same population until a failure occurs. After a failure he returns to VT rule. He stops an experiment when IS(A)-S(B)I=r, where S (A) is a number of successes in population A and S(B) is a number of successes in population B, r is an integer.
