Abstract (en)
The effect of the rhizobia enzyme nitrogenase was investigated in different soils of Vėžaičiai lysimeters over the period 1997-1999. The effect of nitrogenase was determined by the acetylene reduction method on a gas chromatograph. The virulence of native free living rhizobia and development of clover were investigated in the soils of different origin.
