Today, the nursing college principal task is the development of highly skilled nursing professionals according to European Union, countries of the region and needs of the labour market. Corresponding to the objectives of the training program will allow nurses to work and make the most of their opportunities. It creates a framework to achieve clinical nursing career, which is possible only with higher education, continuous learning and training. The purpose was to analyze the Lithuanian college nursing students’ attitudes to their studies. The research is described Lithuanian colleges study. The study included 310 students studying in the common practice of nursing studies in college. The method used in the investigation - a standardized survey. It was conducted a quantitative analysis of the data, using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) statistical package, version 16.0. Graphic representation of data selected MS Excel 2003 program. Assumptions were used to examine the narrative of statistics, t-test for independent samples, χ2 criteria, Pirsono correlation coefficient. Conducted the analysis of variance. The selected significance level - 0.05. Results and conclusions. The choice of first-rate education in college students’ expectations are justified for more than a second and third year students, and the individual components of the least study the process of the third year students; most of the students indicated that the study aims are wholly or partly realistic and achievable, and the things to achieve the objectives of the lack of educational books, textbooks and computer equipment; the assessment of teaching quality, in accordance with the separated components, the majority of the students said that they fully agree or agree, but the assessment depending on the course of study, observed that the third year students of the teaching quality is lower than the first and second-rate students; more than half the students argue that it can adjust all the years of study skills and knowledge gained during the practice, and almost two-fifths of the respondents said that did not have the opportunity, and in the cause of unskilled workers; most of the students tend to believe that their future prospects for employment high, because the expanded services, medical institutions, but first-rate students more job opportunities view of accession to the European Union.
