Abstract (en)

The article deals with the problem combining western political models of electoral behavior and their application in post-communist countries. The main attention is appointed to national minorities living in Lithuania, to exploring their electoral behavior. The author tries to detect what conditions determinate passivity of Lithuanian ethnical groups elective behavior, what is the degree of the biggest russian and polish minorities' party identification and political preference level.
