Abstract
In this article the data of fatigue strength of carbon steel after gas nitriding are presented. There was investigated the effect of gas nitriding modes on fatigue strength of carbon steel. The data of fatigue tests have shown that nitriding on all modes sharply raises fatigue strength of investigated steel. [...].
