Abstract
The article deals with the peculiarities of peer's bullying as a group phenomenon at school. Bullying is one of the most popular forms of aggressive behavior at school. This phenomenon involves other peer's and they are playing significant roles, which encourage bullying process, bully's behavior, tolerate such forms as aggressive behavior and minimize bully's responsibility for such behavior. The frequency of bullying depends from quality of school, attendance in classrooms or other school's places, from the point of view of staff to bullying too. The decreasing of bullying is evident in the schools, where effective interventions strategies are in there level - in all school level, class level and individual level.
