Remiantis surinkta ir išanalizuota teorine, statistine ir archyvine medžiaga, laikantis sisteminio principo, atlikta vienos iš visuomeninio gyvenimo formų – nusikalstamumo raidos Lietuvoje ir Klaipėdos mieste per pirmąjį Nepriklausomybės dešimtmetį tendencijų apžvalga ir preliminari analizė. Siekiant nustatyti realią Klaipėdos m. ir Lietuvos nusikalstamų veikų raidą bei plėtros tendencijas, surinkta medžiaga pristatoma ir interpretuojama pasitelkus socialinės kontrolės teorijos prieigas.
On the basis of the collected and analyzed theoretical, statistical and archival material, in accordance with the principle of systematization, the overview of one of the forms of social life – criminality, its development trends in Lithuania and Klaipėda in the first decade of Independence and the preliminary analysis have been made. In order to ascertain the real development of criminal deeds in Klaipėda and Lithuania, and the development tendencies, the collected material is presented and interpreted by means of social control theory approaches.
