This paper examines the concept of enterprise restructuring in transition economy. Restructuring in microeconomic sence should be understood as the fundamental rebuilding of economic capacities, reorganization of activity and economic interaction, which leads to the creation of market-viable, innovative agents, responsive to market demand and cost pressure.
