The aim of authors - to highlight the problem of teacher-student communication and relations. The students of a higherschool consider communication as value. Teachers' communication takes a very meaningful place in students' lives. Bleasant communication gives satisfaction, stimulates students' self-confidence, strengthens their human self-consciousness and speaks about the necessity of their future profession.
