Learning to live under the network conditions, Lithuanian society is forced to change many things, including the approach towards the work values, which describe human work aspirations and reflect person's understanding of what is correct, good, and acceptable, etc. There is such a trend in the network society, that rational work values are being gradually replaced by the personality growth and interrelation-oriented values. The article presents the research, which aims at the examination of the work value framework of Pedagogy students at the University and its similarities with the work values of other similar age groups (future book-keeping specialists and pupils). Among both future teachers and other respondents, work condition-oriented values are predominating. The teachers' prevailing work values are important, since the researches by other authors show their relation to the teachers' job satisfaction, pupils' achievements, etc.
